Why I like it:

Very early on in my career, I did one of those Myers-Briggs personality tests.

The result: apparently I had too much empathy, I would lead with my heart instead of my head, and I should never be a manager or leader.

After 14 years of leading with my heart, I'm still here. So thanks Howard, and pfffffffft Myers Briggs!
