You never want it to come to this, but sometimes an employee just isn't the right fit for your business or maybe they have decided to resign and take up another position elsewhere. This letter is the final step in terminating the employment of a staff member. It reminds them of their responsibilities as part of their original contract, and sets up expectations of a smooth handover.*
